TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
- a. A valid copy of ticket.
- b. A valid identity proof.
2) The PMPML management is not responsible for your luggage / baggage / belongings inside the bus.
3) Passenger must not:
- a. Resell the services provided in the PMPML website,
- b. Use the PMPML website to make any speculative, false or fraudulent Booking
4) Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law.
5) Our responsibilities includes
6) Issuing a valid ticket.(a ticket that will be accepted by the bus conductor)
7) Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience
8) Customers understand that they are financially responsible for all uses of this service by them and those using their login information.
9) No conditions of travel other than that endorsed on a ticket will be recognized. Verbal promises by any booking agent, clerk or otherwise will not be recognized
10) If a passenger is late for a scheduled service and has paid for a ticket, PMPML subject to availability will reserve that passenger a seat on the next scheduled service. However, where the passenger is late for the last evening service, PMPML shall not be liable for the payment of any alternative transport or accommodation costs.
11) PMPML is not responsible, if flight is delayed/cancelled or passenger misses his/her flight due to traffic, breakdown or any other reason
12) Rescheduling of Bus ticket is not allowed.
13) Refund is not allowed.
